The Law Office of John Benjamin, Jr., PA was founded in October of 1994. The firm concentrates its practice on civil litigation and is heavily involved in litigation in both state and federal courts, including appellate cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Additionally the firm has practiced in front of the Securities and Exchange Commission and in other Administrative Forums. Finally, we have represented clients in front of the American Arbitration Association in various Arbitration proceedings involving construction disputes and insurance disputes.

We pride ourselves on the personal service that we are able to provide our clients. We carefully mold our approach on cases to meet the specific business expectations and policies of each of our clients. The principal reason that we have enjoyed success in working with businesses of all sizes is that we constantly communicate with each of our clients. This allows us to remain current on all policies adopted by our clients that would affect how we handle their matters. This communication serves the further purpose of allowing our clients to constantly reassess the progress of the lawsuit and the risk associated with each such lawsuit.
